The tool itself is absolutely wonderful and super user friendly. Not only are we impressed by this tool, but the entire Wisp team is amazing. What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

WISP is so easy to use and the WISP Team makes the stand-up of the software so seamless and easy. No more pdf files or powerpoints with name boxes to move around. WISP handles it all from assisting in importing your data to drawing your floorplans. No more need to have a drawing expert on your staff just to manage floor plans. The reports, the standardized floor plans, and the colorizing of different layers makes decision making so easy. The selection of options and the single pricing by sq ft makes it an easy cost savings decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

Having used it only two months, have not found anything we dislike with the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have taken various departments seating plans and have them all standardized and in a single, easy to access database. This compilation of data on employee seating, move management, team data, and vacancies, makes it easy for leadership to see a single report without all the manpower that was previously expended in keeping seating charts updated, vacancy numbers current. What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

Wisp features are geared towards information that a company will want to track and report on for their portfolio. Seeing boundaries of business units on floorplans as well as downloading ready-made reports to track SF's, Occupancy, Vacancy from building to floor level detail has been the most common & useful information provided to our users. From an Administrator point of view, there are so many more features and data points that we use and track. The tool is easy to use and it is integrated into other company systems. What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

One of our offices was using a stacking feature that was removed recently, but hopefully Wisp will bring it back in the future. Other than that, there is nothing I would consider a con. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a Wisp user for many, many years. I have not used any other tool to compare with, but I have always been a satisfied customer. The constant improvement of Wisp and added features over the years have been fantastic. The customer service team is excellent to work with. Very user friendly system but has use functionality with floor plans, space planning, facilities ticketing system. We have building floor plans for all of our sites across the United States that can easily show you layers of items that you may want to see (like furniture layout, fire extinguishers, resources, sq. footage of rooms etc...) as well as directory to locate employees super quickly.
