WishWarmly helps managers, People teams, and coworkers turn a workplace moment into something the recipient actually keeps. One person starts a card, shares a single link (no account needed to contribute), and the whole team signs it, with 60-second video messages that are automatically transcribed, voice notes, GIFs, or written wishes. The recipient doesn't get a public wall of text: the card stays private until it's delivered, then opens as a warm, page-turning flip-book, with a printable PDF keepsake to keep afterward. Built for how teams actually work: Video + auto-transcription, richer than text, and searchable/readable too Flip-book reveal -\> a real experience for the recipient, not a spreadsheet of messages Printable PDF keepsake, a lasting artifact, ideal for farewells and retirements Private until delivery the surprise stays a surprise Optional group-gift collection, add a Venmo/PayPal link and contributors get a "chip in for the gift" prompt; WishWarmly never handles the money No account required to start, remove friction for busy teammates Common use cases: farewell cards for departing colleagues, work-anniversary and retirement celebrations, new-hire welcomes, employee appreciation, and team birthdays, for in-office, hybrid, and fully remote teams. Free for up to 5 contributors; $9 removes the contributor limit; $12 adds the printable keepsake.
