2. There is a lack of effective communication. There were missed meetings, and or meetings without agendas.

3. They have exceptionally poor customer service for something that is quite simple.

Integration of a solution has not worked.

Wishpond does not have integrity as part of its service delivery or value its relationship with its customers.

They took a canned approach in how they said they were meeting the needs of my project.

This means there was no connection or meaning in what they were producing.

A simple project that would take less than 3 weeks to organise with any other provider is taking more than 90 days with Wishpond and there is no appearance they will ever deliver.

They agreed to build a solution on a third-party platform.

We have a unique product that needs a lot of attention because it targets very specific individuals. When you hire ANY marketing company you realize how fast time flys by..Weeks turn into months in no time.
