Horrible support. They do not return ANY emails from their support system in a timely manner. Says 2 hours and for 3 requests we never heard anything back. Finally on a 4th ticket someone responded in about 24 hours.

The designer functions like something that is 10 years old which is eons in the Internet age. Not drag and drop like you would expect. Instead, you have to play around with all the elements to try to get them aligned and working. If you want to run a contest be prepared to spend a lot of time designing something that should take just minutes to get up.

Oh, and you want mobile reponsive templates? Well, you are going to have to spend extra time getting those setup and working as well.
