Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CargoWise? Everything else, the software experience is a mess. No phone support, you can not pick up the phone and speak to anyone, what year is it at cargowise hq? The only time they take your call is to make a sale, then youre on your own. You have to submit a ticket for issue, and they get back to you 4 days later, so if you need help now, well too bad you are out of luck. They claim this is a superior accounting software to quickbooks, haaa, doesnt even come close, very limited capabilities. Overall stay away from this mess. I bought there sales pitch and I cant undo my mistake of switching. Also as mentioned, once you sign the contract you find out that you need to hire a 3rd party to set it up and train you.
