I think we should have integration done per email, but also per user, because we currently have multiple users that share the same email address. So, I hope there is a software or a setting down the road that can allow us to have multiple signatures for the same email address, accommodated to each user's Outlook account. Sometimes the instructions are very hard to understand, and if you use Apple Mail it's confusing how to add the signature to your email. I am not sure how to do that but the steps are confusing and I have to ask for a support call for assistance usually. It was a little confusing but less now.
