The installation is relatively simple, and if there are any problems, like in my case with the integration of my CRM which sends via Gmail, the service team helps quickly and directly (not just by pointing to numerous help texts as is common nowadays and time-consuming for the user) in finding a solution. The fact that I can still use occasion-specific differently designed signatures is an absolute pro, because there is indeed a difference whether I want to sell my products or sign a contract. My subscription began April 12, 2025. The “Cancel subscription” option was not available in my dashboard (Visa billing). I only became aware of the charges when I checked my Visa statement on May 2—I never received an invoice or email notification before that. I reached support on May 2 (Ticket #984781) asking to cancel, but the subscription was not cancelled and charges continued. I’ve requested backdated cancellation and a refund for charges after May 2. The product itself is fine, but the cancellation process and lack of billing transparency are unacceptable. Please fix the Visa billing flow and ensure invoices/notifications are always sent. However, while we used it at first, we later decided we didn’t want it anymore. The problem was that cancellation was not straightforward — I subscribed via Visa, didn’t see a cancel option in the dashboard, and when I reached support they didn’t cancel my subscription. My Visa card kept being charged even though I believed I had cancelled. So, while the product does solve the email branding problem, the billing and cancellation experience was very disappointing. The ease of setting up unique individualized signatures for each of our Academic Programs and departments. It is very easy to implement and to integrate with Microsoft Entra and Outlook. What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a large variety of academic programs, schools, and offices and each requires its own individual signatures including their own unique logos, photos, and links. Prior to implementing WiseStamp, every department and even individual employees set up whatever signature they wanted with no consistency or professionalism. It did nothing to promote our brand. Now we have control over the organization's signatures. They look great and present a consistent professional message to all recipients, especially our students and recruits.
