After a platform update, the service went down for more than a week. They sent messages saying the issue was being fixed, so we waited. When the platform finally came back online, our paid signature plan was not restored. We followed up multiple times. More than a month has passed with no resolution, no refund, and no proper response. This is no longer just bad customer support. Payment was taken, the service was not delivered, and communication stopped. That creates serious trust issues. If you are considering this service, ask yourself what happens when something goes wrong and you need help. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this platform. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** They did not solve the problem. Despite the other challenges I've faced with the service, I didn't encounter any issues during the initial setup process, which was straightforward. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** I am extremely frustrated with WiseStamp because it hasn't solved any problems for me and has caused more issues instead. I've been trying to get a solution for three weeks, but without success, which has resulted in a huge waste of my time and money, as I've already paid for a full year. It doesn't work as intended; particularly, it fails to upload my signature and doesn't integrate well with Gmail. The support I've received has been unsatisfactory, with no personal contact or resolution to my problems. It has been I think 2 years or so since we did that though. It'd be nice if it would generate the Signature and plug it into Outlook. I get user complaints about how its a new process to insert a blank signature when they dont want it. These settings are global, would prefer it to be per user. We can generate them and then plug them in directly, but I'm not doing that for each user. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a law firm for years we had complaints that phone email couldnt support signatures, but the Outlook app does integrate seamlessly with Wisestamp. ### 6. Some changes were not supported (not the vendor's fault) other times it was accessing the editing feature. While a number of these issues were user error, it implies that the option to edit isn't as intuitive as it could be. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest win is having consistent Outlook signatures. Historically the company provide guidelines on the format people should use when setting up their signature. These were often ignored or people would get fancy and add pictures or image files from their PC that didn't display properly. The WiseStamp signature templates also allowed us to assign appropriate signatures by division with the associated contact information. Corporate branding also allowed the different divisions to include image files and social media links specific to their group. Assigning a signature template is easily done when the user account is created or if there's an internal job change. WiseStamp syncs with our Azure instance and automatically adds/updates the signature. Any changes made through the WS Admin console take effect immediately so there's no wait time. It also pulls information right from your employee directory through an integration, which means you can eliminate manual updates for each signature. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** We have had a couple very short moments of downtime, during which no signatures appeared. The signature builder also doesn't currently have support for a "dark mode" alternate color scheme, which means a dark static element (like a phone or social icon) will be hard to see in dark mode. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made signature setup while onboarding employees much simpler, and has allowed us to make dynamic changes to logos, banners, and calls to action without any manual coordination/effort from individual employees. ### 8. The “Cancel subscription” option was not available in my dashboard (Visa billing). I only became aware of the charges when I checked my Visa statement on May 2—I never received an invoice or email notification before that. I reached support on May 2 (Ticket #984781) asking to cancel, but the subscription was not cancelled and charges continued. I’ve requested backdated cancellation and a refund for charges after May 2. The product itself is fine, but the cancellation process and lack of billing transparency are unacceptable. Please fix the Visa billing flow and ensure invoices/notifications are always sent. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** WiseStamp makes it simple to create professional-looking email signatures quickly, without needing design help or IT setup. It helps keep branding consistent across emails, which is useful for companies that want every outgoing message to look polished and aligned. It also turns the signature into a small marketing tool by letting you add links, banners, and social icons that make emails more engaging. However, while we used it at first, we later decided we didn’t want it anymore. The problem was that cancellation was not straightforward — I subscribed via Visa, didn’t see a cancel option in the dashboard, and when I reached support they didn’t cancel my subscription. My Visa card kept being charged even though I believed I had cancelled. So, while the product does solve the email branding problem, the billing and cancellation experience was very disappointing. ### 9. It is very easy to implement and to integrate with Microsoft Entra and Outlook. It is very easy to use as when set up properly the user does not need to do anything. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** There are still gaps for enforcing its use through the vast variety of email management softwares. **What problems is WiseStamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a large variety of academic programs, schools, and offices and each requires its own individual signatures including their own unique logos, photos, and links. Prior to implementing WiseStamp, every department and even individual employees set up whatever signature they wanted with no consistency or professionalism. It did nothing to promote our brand. Also, when pasting my email signature to my Apple account, the formatting was not how it looked on the signature that I created. I checked, and re-checked, the instructions… I had issues with this for over a year. Was very helpful. Ivan D on service team was great. **What do you dislike about WiseStamp?** Using the server side connection means the signature doesn't show sometimes when you're composing a message.
