Nothing has been good about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WiseStamp? We paid for a full year in advance to use their platform and email signature service. After a platform update, the service went down for more than a week. They sent messages saying the issue was being fixed, so we waited. When the platform finally came back online, our paid signature plan was not restored. We followed up multiple times. More than a month has passed with no resolution, no refund, and no proper response. This is no longer just bad customer support. Payment was taken, the service was not delivered, and communication stopped. That creates serious trust issues. If you are considering this service, ask yourself what happens when something goes wrong and you need help. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this platform. My subscription began April 12, 2025. The “Cancel subscription” option was not available in my dashboard (Visa billing). I only became aware of the charges when I checked my Visa statement on May 2—I never received an invoice or email notification before that. I reached support on May 2 (Ticket #984781) asking to cancel, but the subscription was not cancelled and charges continued. I’ve requested backdated cancellation and a refund for charges after May 2. The product itself is fine, but the cancellation process and lack of billing transparency are unacceptable. Please fix the Visa billing flow and ensure invoices/notifications are always sent. WiseStamp makes it simple to create professional-looking email signatures quickly, without needing design help or IT setup. It helps keep branding consistent across emails, which is useful for companies that want every outgoing message to look polished and aligned. It also turns the signature into a small marketing tool by letting you add links, banners, and social icons that make emails more engaging. However, while we used it at first, we later decided we didn’t want it anymore. The problem was that cancellation was not straightforward — I subscribed via Visa, didn’t see a cancel option in the dashboard, and when I reached support they didn’t cancel my subscription. My Visa card kept being charged even though I believed I had cancelled. So, while the product does solve the email branding problem, the billing and cancellation experience was very disappointing. They created a custom email signature template for us which took a few days, but ultimately looked good. I liked that we had a central places to update and manage our email signatures company wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WiseStamp? Once enabled, all outgoing email flows through WiseStamp, at which time your email signature gets applied. After a few months of use, we suddenly noticed that our mail was not reaching the recipients. We ruled out any issues on our end, then reached out to WiseStamp becausewe suspected the problem was comingfrom them. They continued blame us for the problem. After a few days of unreliable email, we disconnected WiseStamp from our exchange server and mail flowed normally so we knew the problem was from WiseStamp. Two weeks of back and forth with WiseStamp support and they finally admitted the problem was on their side. One of their IP addresses became blacklisted on the Barracuda spam service. Their tech eventually revealed that this is a common problem for them and I suspect that the two-week runaround was a stall tactic to buy them time to solve it instead of just being transparent with me. We lost days of email correspondence. We had to spend countless hours calling our clients to confirm if they received critical messages. We lost out on a $28 million dollar project because a potential client didn't receive our proposal. I have zero faith in WiseStamp, and I urge everyone to avoid using this service. We were happy customers for 2 years and decided not to renew due to some limitations, now all our old emails look horrible without our logos in there. It's insane that this is a policy, once you come in, you can never choose not to use the product. If recipients can't read your signature, what's the point?" 0.5/5 What do you like best about WiseStamp? Not much I can say - the service doesn't work, and the formatting breaks on every single platform. Their customer service was timely, but their email signsture was even broken in the email they sent me, so that definitely didn't make me stay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WiseStamp? This service frankly doesn't work. The nice preview they show you to the side (and even potentially within your email client) is not accurate or correct. Formatting breaks on mobile, every other web browser, and multiple operating systems. Things like images get distorted, fonts disappear, line breaks appear where they shouldn't. If you take a peek at the HTML code, it's a HUGE mess of unnecessary pieces that break in almost every email browser and it's obvious why it doesn't translate well (tons of extra unnecessary rows and columns in the table). Lastly, the fact that they bill yearly only is a pretty big red flag. If they don't allow a trial, first month, etc, they know their service doesn't work and hope they can at least fleece you for a year because you're unlikely to stay behind a trial period. Ignore these \*very obvious\* fake reviews on this site (like, really? You all use the exact same marketing verbiage that Wisestamp does?
