What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?

At first, the price-point was a bit difficult for us to pay for, but once the benefits we saw justified the pricing that issue was long gone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having difficulty updating the pricing of all the SKUs on Amazon and other online channels (including an ecommerce store we ran). Our competitors were constantly offering discounts, sales and deals. We wanted to remain competitive and had to be on top of our competitors' price changes. Wisepricer (Wiser) helped us keep our pricing up-to-date and we saw an increase in sales almost immediately, since our market is very price-sensitive and shoppers are prone to compare pricing with our competitors. "Market insight against competitors is key"

What do you like best about Wiser Solutions?

I appreciated finally having access to something beyond a spreadsheet showing how our products and prices stacked up against key competitors. Customers are making this comparison on a daily basis so if you're not monitoring it then don't expect to win. I also appreciated the customizations that wiser was able to make for us by scraping data from certain competitors in certain markets. They were able to build a fully landed cost model which showed the true price of the product and shipping to ensure we accounted for all aspects the customer had to pay. What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?

Honestly there is not a lot to dislike. While we did have small quirks from time to time the wiser support team was really great about addressing them quickly. Maybe one thing to mention is taking the time to inspect changes be platform is making based on your rules. It's great to have a set it and forget it mentality but still needs time from someone who is responsible for monitoring what changes are happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work on a cost plus pricing model and that fits in the wheelhouse of what this product was built for. It allows us to take our cost plus pricing one step further and use a COST PLUS MARKET price to account not just for a fixed margin but for what the market is doing to ensure our product pricing is competitive when it can be.
