"Flexible, affordable, and effective for niche e-commerce"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

The pricing is fair for what you get — especially compared to other popup tools on the market. But what stands out most is the flexibility: you can customize every detail of the popup design, targeting rules, and triggers without needing a developer. For a niche store like ours, that level of control makes a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

Nothing so far — the app has met our expectations on every front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Wisepops x Shopify Integration Delivers Effortless Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

I love the seamless integration of Wisepops x Shopify. Very quick and smooth. The library is very handy, I've always used it to start a new campaign.

I was so happy to see that web notifications came up, even though I'm not ready to use this feature yet.

Good customer support with speedy and effective answers. Their tech team were able to process custom things for us, which is great. Your needs to stay unanswered (in opposition to other apps). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

It would be great to see that the contact comes from a Wisepops campaign inside its Shopify backoffice contact page.

Improvements need to come on the web notification feature, but it's very new with them so it should come fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A pop-up tool that is easy to use and worry-free"
5/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

I like the templates of Wisepops; there are a lot of templates for me to choose from, and the interface is very intuitive to operate, allowing us to quickly present our promotional discounts to consumers. I also appreciate its integration with Klaviyo, which enables us to conduct email marketing more effectively. The initial setup process of Wisepops was also easy, and the loading speed of pop-ups is quite fast, not slowing down our website. The pricing seems reasonable as well, helping us recover some lost orders, making it basically worth the expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

The only dissatisfaction is that the conversion data is not accurate enough, because our own website platform blocks some tracking scripts on the checkout page, resulting in the backend not being able to see the real revenue data. We have to manually verify the orders, which is indeed a bit troublesome to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"a very nice tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

I’ve been using Wisepops regularly for differents companies, and it has quickly become an essential part of our marketing toolkit. The ease of implementation was a big win — the setup was smooth, and we were able to launch our first campaigns in no time.

The customer support team has also been nice: responsive, helpful, and always ready to guide us when we had questions. Because of this, we now use Wisepops with high frequency, and it’s integrated seamlessly into our day-to-day campaigns.

Overall, Wisepops is a powerful, user-friendly, and reliable solution that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to optimize onsite communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

One limitation is the way prizes are assigned to winners for games: you cannot set a limit on the number of wins, only a percentage, and you cannot assign different prize models—all winners receive the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Engagement and Conversion Boost with Wisepops"
5/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

Wisepops has quickly become one of our favorite tools for engaging visitors and driving results on our website. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive interface that makes creating pop-ups, banners, and other on-site messages effortless — even for non-technical teams.

What we appreciate most is how flexible and powerful the targeting options are. We can run promotions, collect leads, and highlight key messages to the right audiences at the right moment. Since integrating Wisepops, we’ve seen a clear increase in conversions and user engagement.

The analytics dashboard is also a strong point: it provides clear insights that help us optimize each campaign. On top of that, their customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful.

Overall, Wisepops is a reliable, feature-rich solution that delivers real value. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost on-site engagement and grow their conversions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

We’d love to see a few more advanced design customization options directly in the editor to speed up creation. Occasionally, detailed targeting rules can feel a bit complex at first, but once mastered, the tool works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-use tool for everyday use"
5/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

We use Wisepops daily, and its ease of use is the main advantage of the tool for us. The variety of options for pop-ins is very useful for testing different scenarios. We also particularly appreciate the creation interface and the ease of being able to create pop-ins even without experience in graphic design/UX. The ease of integration is also appreciated; we were able to quickly set up notifications on our site. Finally, the responsiveness of the Wisepops contacts is a real plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

We would like to be able to "link" identical campaigns together so that if we need to make a change, it can be applied everywhere. Also, the fact that pricing is based on page views because not all of them trigger a pop-in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick to set up and get up and running!"
4/5
What do you like best about Wisepops?

My team has found Wisepops incredibly easy to use. We implemented it and set up our first campaign in just a few hours. There is a vast range of campaign templates for a wide range of use cases. Having the option to integrate via Google Tag Manager meant that we were able to implement without requiring any developer resources. Wisepops is now central to our marketing operations, and we use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

We found some quirky nuances when using the countdown timer with timed campaigns; however, we were able to resolve it quickly with the excellent customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
