WiseMatcher takes the grind out of freelance recruiting. If you place people into projects, you know the routine: opening freelancermap, freelance.de and LinkedIn every morning, clicking through page after page to work out which project fits which candidate on your bench — and knowing the recruiter who reaches out first usually wins the placement. WiseMatcher does that searching for you. You add your candidates' CVs to a search order, and the AI reads each profile to understand what kind of project actually fits — not just the keywords on the page. From there it keeps watch on the major freelance portals around the clock and matches new projects to your people by real suitability. Every morning you get a single email: the fresh projects worth acting on, with direct links and the candidates who fit them best. When you're ready to reach out, WiseMatcher drafts the subject line and cover letter for you — written in the language of the listing, with your strongest candidate already suggested by name and experience. You review it, copy it, send it. The payoff is a few hours back in your day, fewer good projects missed, and the speed to get to clients first. Built for recruiters and staffing agencies — GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU.
