Wise services is yet rolled out to all countries due to regional/national regulations; therefore account restrictions may apply depending on your residence, but not your nationality. My account setup took a while to prove my ID/document is legit and official; part of the reason was that the support isn't single-window service, so I had to explain and resubmit the paper a few times.
