The customer support could be better, We had an issue with a credit card and they admitted it was their mistake, it took more than a month to get an answer. I solved it my way as you need to move quick within a company. I mean PayPal has bad support, Wise is even worse. The best thing about Transferwise is the availability of different payment options for executing a remittance. I can use credit card, debit card, netbanking or the local market payment options (like iDeal) for making the payment. The other good thing about the tool is that it is fast as well as secure. The thing I dislike about the tool is that the transaction costs for the tool are bit on the higher side. There are other tools in the market which provide a better exchange rate compared to TransferWise. Setting up an account is easy & intuitive, compared to other alternatives. Transferring money itself was a little more complicated but not rocket science, Verification was simple and straightforward.
