Right now I see no way to give nicknames to accounts or frequent sendees. Further to this, they facilitate an attractive currency exchange rate, only charging a fair transaction fee. I have used it for years and frequently email support or use support chat. When you file a chat support case, amazingly, there is no option for bugs, errors, or technical issues. You just pick something randomly. When you do talk to someone, they have no access to your logs, so are oblivious to the fact you just got an error message and are unable to proceed with Wise. All they ask you to do is to take a screenshot and say that someone might get back to you. Tried it without any money on my account, and all good transaction was declined with error "You didn't have enough funds". All good, I added funds and bought a yearly subscription. Days later another magic charge appeared on my account and this time around it was no declined since my balance was insufficient, but it was approved (On a debit card!!!), and my balance appeared to be in - 23,466ARS. I immediately reached out to Transferwise support, indicating that I do not have a credit card and they shouldn't have honoured the charge in the first place. Support useless, outsourced somewhere, don't give a damn, didn't provide any help. Days later, I receive a transfer in USD and boom! Transferwise automatically converts USD to ARS (without my content) and covers the other account "debt". Terms and conditions state "TransferWise does not have the right, neither do we even have a technical feature that allows us to convert money between the balances of a customer" which is complete rubbish. Again endless treads with support and no result. In a week, Adobe releases money as that charge was a mistake. I reach out to support again to return balances as they were before this mess happen and support with no support. "Your fault, your card, we can't do anything". Excellent service don't get me wrong, on paper, wait till you get into real trouble as I did. Money is sent extremely quickly compared to other methods. It's a very simple process to send funds. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** Debit cards are available but unfortunately not yet available for our Canadian account. I'd love to be able to invoice directly from Transferwise. It would be great if it integrated directly with Quickbooks Online. It would be helpful to see activity on the account per currency without having to download a statement. **Recommendations to others considering Wise Business:** There is a fairly robust screening process for initial setup (which is reassuring but can take a few days). From that point on it's super quick and efficient. We haven't found any other service that can compete on rates and fees. It's a fantastic solution. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Transferwise to receive funds in multiple currencies. It also processes the transfers very fast and always keeps us informed of what is happening. ### 29. The fees have been steadily rising and the hiding costs as starting to creep in. The worst part for me is the "customer service"; I was literally lied to by one agent who stated categorically with his "many years of experience at TransferWise" that he could not tell me the name of, or in any way identify "the third party that charged me the fee". A later response from another agent did identify the third party but he still could not explain why the fee stated on the TW web page when I made the transfer was much higher, MUCH HIGHER, when the funds landed in my account. TransferWise is not the economic option it used to be and in fact is equal to the highest premium transfer services. As its fees are on a par with others I would not necessarily change services, but as I have been lied to by its agents and because no one can explain where these phantom fees are coming from nor why, I am taking my business elsewhere and I encourage others to do the same until they sort their sh!t out. **Recommendations to others considering Wise Business:** Look elsewhere. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** TransferWise has caused more problems and stress than it is worth. ### 31. There are different options for paying the money to transfer. There is a big list of countries for sending the money. The transfers are done at a very convenient rate and within short time. I liked the best that the person I sent the money had it difficult to pick up the money but Transferwise helped me put the money directly in his account. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** My country (Colombia) is not included in the list yet. For some users I find they do not trust on this service and they prefer to use other services. At first I also was not confident on Transferwise but what let me trust it was a recommendation from a colleague. It does not have the option to pick up the money when the recipient does not have account.
