I needed to pay a vendor based in Cyprus, and the cost of wiring money abroad was high. TransferWise had very low fees, and quickly remitted the money from my US bank account. If you try to forget the terrible experience of losing your money you can notice the well-designed UX and neat interface. Onboarding is cool, nothing tells you that you will have nightmares in the nearest future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wise Business? They suspend our business account with more than € 60,000, after 4 months of usage, ignoring all the documents we sent to confirm the nature of the transfers, investor agreements, IDs, selfies, and other documents. We are a small startup and they just ruin our business from the very beginning. Unfortunately, we found the negative feedback too late. They will bury your business, try to stay as far away as possible. The way of communication is ignoring everything or rare responses with a boilerplate. Customer support is absent. Transferwise is a very easy tool to use when managing multiple currencies with vendor bills and customer payments. Other platforms are hard to setup, but Transferwise is fast and easy. All is fine as long as you don't actually listen to their emails, any direct advice they give you needs to be double checked, especially when it comes to automatic transfers.
