Wise has been outstanding recently with new features like simultaneous money transfers worldwide with different countries' account details. It has been a revolutionary change in the competitive market and also the better exchange rate. Also, it is fast to receive the amount in the local bank accounts than other competitors. Though the rate is better now, the fees sometimes are more than expected from the covid outbreak. Also, the debit card is not available in a maximum number of countries. Low fees, even when withdrawing large amounts to local currency. Customer support can't help with account transactions, especially when they fail to complete. Personally, my account was closed down after I tried using the Singapore bank details. Support takes 48 to 72 hours to respond after the live feature was removed. When i contacted support, they gave me an email to appeal to which they never responded. Been a platform I have been recommending, must say I have been very disappointed with how they close accounts for unknown reasons. In my case, they say my account might have been compromised. I first started to use TransferWise when I hired a virtual assistant in the Philippines. I couldn't figure out how t pay her without expensive wire transfers until she showed me TransferWise. It's easy to set up, plug in your banking information and where you want the money sent to. TransferWise will determine the exchange rate, your cost for transfer and click send! What do you dislike about Wise Business? There aren't too many moving parts so it's hard to say there is anything to dislike. Money can be sent all over the world and can be receive pretty quickly. I simply needed a way to easily and quickly send money to the Phillipines, at a low cost. Some places have low exchange rates and high fees, some have low fees but poor exchange rates. Working with clients from different countries requires that I have a standard "go to" app for payments. Wise has made it easy for me to move funds to my local bank account. The rates are also very reasonable, and the lowest compared to banks and other apps. I've never encountered issues and payments always arrive on time. Customer service is also great. When I signed up, they had a few steps to follow for account verification. I had a problem with my phone number. It wasn't their fault, but it was something I did not like about the signup process. Fantastic UI and an amicable user experience that this financial service provides across the platforms. Multi-currency accounts are a really nice feature that has Apple Pay-ready virtual cards for every given currency. You’ll be blocked on any given day without any way to appeal it. You’ll be left stuck with their mystique final decision that has no actual details. Their support won’t listen to your arguments or give you a chance to provide additional information and will repeat a canned speech over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you? You’ll be blocked on any given day without any way to appeal it. They will send you a super vague notice about account deactivation that points to their Acceptable Use Policy. The policy is even vaguer than the deactivation notice, so you could be banned for anything at any moment. They will leave you powerless and without any way to protect yourself. No details, no way to appeal, no way to proceed using their service in full. I liked spending my personal cash on groceries and online shopping. I wanted to open Wise Business but it looks like they are the non-reliable partner for this.
