Solutions include Consent and Preference Management, Privacy Program Management (PPM), and Data Subject Request (DSAR) Management. With the Consent and Preference Management platform, centralize and manage consumer choices across all experiences and devices. PPM provides companies with everything they need to run an effective privacy program and produce compliance documentation. DSAR management facilitates consumer requests and Do Not Sell/Share requests with configurable portals, identity verification and authentication, integrations and automated data collection, and secure consumer communication and delivery. ## WireWheel Reviews ### 1. Everyone from the sales and project management teams, to the engineering teams. They all deeply care about the product and customers, and care about ensuring it works as intended and that the customers' needs are able to be met. **What do you dislike about WireWheel?** The system seems geared towards a smaller type of organization. The tool can be slow at times, and a little buggy. The upshot is that their teams are incredibly responsive whenever there is the slightest issue, and have always come through with a solution. **Recommendations to others considering WireWheel:** WireWheel is a growing business and their technology is getting better by the day. They are priced competitively, and they are definitely worth it. Their support is second to none, and while it may take a little longer to build out the template or customize what you are looking to do, if you are patient, you will get the results you are looking for. I think they are perfectly situated for small to medium sized shops at the moment, and are getting to the point where they can handle larger sized shops. **What problems is WireWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** WireWheel is solving the issue of allowing us to document our records of processing assessments on a global and company wide scale. We have been about to completely custom build the ROPA questionnaire that we needed based on global regulatory requirements across multiple business units and areas of focus. ### 2. In addition, they're proactive and keep us informed ahead of time about new regulations coming down the pipe to prepare for and help through that process. **What do you dislike about WireWheel?** The product itself has some usability challenges for the day-to-day rep that is handling data requests. It's a combination of poor information organization (eg - why is the email address located somewhere separated from all other data to satisfy a data request) and unclear intent to what consequences of making changes do. Working with our CSM also shows how challenging it can be to use the administrative parts of the portal. **What problems is WireWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** WireWheel helps us stay compliance with data privacy regulations in the United States.
