I love the interface and how business productivity is brought under one roof. My team and I are really wired more closely than ever in speed and accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wire? Currently, the mobile app has been freezing. I rarely hear notification bell. File sending and receiving doesn't go through. I find Wire to offer conference calls of high quality - no lags or interruptions. Pricing is great if you're willing to compromise the confusing UI/UX, and you can try it free for 30 days (no credit card required).. It's good that you can back up conversations. The desktop app for macOS, however, is more confusing than necessary. I would prefer a platform that is much more user-friendly and intuitive (for example, I am still unclear on why there should be both groups and guest rooms). Privacy settings are limited.
