Tried calling "24/7" support and only got unrelated automated sales offers followed by "robot Emma" who asked for my problem and the company name [?!?!] and then said id did not recognize that company [Winzip, Corel, Cleverbridge] no matter what I said. I like the smart pc care feature which schedules the system for maintenance automatically and keep the system optimized always. Although it has many notable advantages as I described above, I think CCleaner is making it a strong competition, because in my opinion the cleanliness and optimization with CCleaner is deeper and friendlier.
