What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

This software is easy to customize. We are able to make some creations, comps and deducts, benefits categories, etc. The paging for absence feature is also very important to our company supervisors.This software gives a great help in organizing and ensuring managers and supervisors maintain appropriate and efficient staffing. What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?

What I don't like is that I cannot import and export like we used to do in old software. Also, one of the drawbacks for payroll department is that liabilities cannot be paid directly out of the Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave:

I like the ease of the system, I like be able to shoot reports to Excel format and I like the Grid View and the ability to delete unnecessary columns and tweak my reports as needed. I really love it and I recommend it to any other organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software has helped us streamline our back office, while also controlling things in the field. It has saved us money by allowing us to in-house payroll and by preventing the timecard errors we used to have when our employees were filling out timecards by hand. What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

I like how this software has helped in handling people and work scheduling and ensuring better key resources to save time and money in our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software has so far not presented any drawback to our organization. However, it would be more helpful if all reports were printed but this is just but a minor concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

This application lags and crashes a lot. I don't find the program to be very user-friendly. Slow to load, makes getting my tasks done more difficult at work. It's very frustrating to work with at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used this program for three and a half years and my opinion of it has never improved. The program has issues that clearly need to be worked out. I would consider a different program before using this one, it's very frustrating when trying to complete work and the program will lag or crash in the middle of a task. What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

WinTeam is a great employee system used for scheduling, reports, and data entry. It's complexity allows it to be the stand alone software for employee management within a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is often slow and takes multiple times to load. It also crashes sometimes which makes it difficult to complete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WinTeam is a great employee software which has many tools in which companies can utilize to make their workflows efficient. It can house a lot of data so it is of great use to companies that have a lot of employees to track. The reports that the system can run can also help companies track their successes and where they are falling short. All in all it is a good software and could possibly be the best in its field. I have not used any other employee software before, so the slowness and malfunctions may be tolerable if they were to be compared to similar products. WinTeam has definitely helped me be successful in the many roles I have had with my current company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
