The reporting would be better if is was more customizable. The BI software is not user freindly because there are SO many fields and modules that a user does not know where to start when building a report. it would be great if the reports in Win Team could be customized. We can accurately track time for employees, aside from the human issues that relate to this such as if an employee does not clock in or out.
