It is very user friendly and easy to learn. I have used both sides of WinTeam the Customer Side and the Employee Side. There are so many things that could be better. Main issue is everytime an issue is brought up, we are directed to use the idea portal but that is useless so our issues are never identified. It also seems i kow more than the people at WinTeam, i normally have to help the help desk to get issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The last issue was how use a single platform for consolidated purposes. it took multple times of WinTeam closing the ticket before resolving the actual issue. the issue was finally fixed. WinTeam provides a robust all in one comprehensive ERP system allowing the smallest up to the largest company to manage their business. While WinTeam has grown with out industry and specifically our company the system is showing its age.
