It is a robust software that allows me to schedule a guard force and manage hours worked. This software is excellent for being able to keep track of where employees are working, the number of hours worked and to keep track of compliance and absences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave? This software is very cumbersome and tends to freeze quite frequently. Additionally, the software is not user-friendly and requires a significant amount of training to become proficient with the software. I have been using this software for more than 2 years and just recently learned how to use some essential shortcut keys. Team Software should really put out some basic training videos and at least a cheat sheet guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave: If you need guard scheduling software, WinTeam is the industry standard. There are other options, but WinTeam is by far one of the most robust software packages out there. Its integration with Ehub software is very helpful to employees in the field. The problem I am solving with WinTeam is scheduling a contract security force at a variety of sites. I have realized the benefits of being able to schedule and manage my guard force while also allowing employees to see their schedules instantaneously via the companian Ehub application. What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave? It is the not the most user friendly program. Someone who has no experience cannot just figure out how to use it easily. WinTeam is a great employee system used for scheduling, reports, and data entry. It's complexity allows it to be the stand alone software for employee management within a company. It also crashes sometimes which makes it difficult to complete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave: WinTeam is a great employee software which has many tools in which companies can utilize to make their workflows efficient. It can house a lot of data so it is of great use to companies that have a lot of employees to track. The reports that the system can run can also help companies track their successes and where they are falling short. All in all it is a good software and could possibly be the best in its field. I have not used any other employee software before, so the slowness and malfunctions may be tolerable if they were to be compared to similar products.
