Winteam **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2021 **What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?** I like the tools Winteam has as options, but I do not like how they are implemented in some cases. **What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?** I heavily dislike the performance of Winteam. Every action seems to slug along no matter what computer you are on. Another issue is with exporting files from Winteam as it can interact very different each time you try to use it. Sometimes you have to print it to a pdf, sometimes you have to save it to your OneDrive, etc. There is no consistency. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Winteam helps to review client performance and keeps everything fairly organized. It can store an absolutely massive amount of information that can be located quickly if you have experience with it. ### 2. I don't find the program to be very user-friendly. Slow to load, makes getting my tasks done more difficult at work. It's very frustrating to work with at times. **Recommendations to others considering WinTeam by WorkWave:** I've used this program for three and a half years and my opinion of it has never improved. The program has issues that clearly need to be worked out.
