It is very user friendly and easy to learn. I have used both sides of WinTeam the Customer Side and the Employee Side. I know there is a lot about WinTeam I do not know about but I love learning about it. **What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?** At times the product does feel a little outdated, however ever it is still a great product to use. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ways for us to be able to utlizie it better **Official Response from Sarah Stryker:** > Thank you for your review and honest feedback Megan! Main issue is everytime an issue is brought up, we are directed to use the idea portal but that is useless so our issues are never identified. It also seems i kow more than the people at WinTeam, i normally have to help the help desk to get issues resolved. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** The last issue was how use a single platform for consolidated purposes. it took multple times of WinTeam closing the ticket before resolving the actual issue. the issue was finally fixed. **Official Response from Sarah Stryker:** > Thank you for the honest feedback on your experience with WinTeam. This eliminates the need for multiple desperate systems and logins keeping everything under one pane of glass. **What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?** While WinTeam has grown with out industry and specifically our company the system is showing its age. Benefit set up was very complex. **What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now we have a issue with Kwantek not importing the employees correctly to Winteam.
