Winston Ops, Inc. builds Winston, the AI front office for property management. Winston answers every tenant and prospect call 24/7 in 12 languages, carries repairs through to completion with the landlord's own vendors, handles leasing calls, and follows up on late rent. Founded in 2026 and based in Beverly Hills, California, by Rain Kashefi, a former landlord of 40 units who built the tool he wished he had.
