## About WinPM
WinPM is a versatile, full-featured PMS with easy-to-use tools to increase revenue, generate reservations, facilitate guest check-in and check-out and more. WinPM also integrates with multiple two-way Central Reservation Systems for hotels and interfaces, in addition to call accounting, key lock, and credit card processing interfaces. WinPM offers comprehensive hotel software technology.

**What do you like best about WinPM?**

WinPm is a relatively decent system when it comes to inputting group blocks, the more I learn the system the easier it does seem to get. It feels like I time travelled to the 90's, however.

**What do you dislike about WinPM?**

It seems a little outdated, I prefer Visual Matrix. The format can seem very confusing when you are new to the system, too many options and it seems impossible to memorize everything. The screens are clouded with buttons and can be overwhelming. The colors are dull as well which is less important. Visual matrix has a very bright clean and modern look.

**Recommendations to others considering WinPM:**

It will do the job, I would recommend it if it fits your budget. I don't believe it is the *best option available.

**What problems is WinPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guest placement, room blocks, etc. I do like that it is easy to identify occupancy. We use it for reservations, sales and group blocks, Occupancy forcasts, I believe there is even a housekeeping tab. There are some pretty useful reports provided.
