This is a great tool for communication anonymously with your leader and employees. It is also a good tool for putting the HR questions on the agenda, both for the employees to reflect and think about leadership and organizational matters, but also for the leader group to be aware. The OKR function is not up to standard. The temp part is good in terms of the weekly questions UX. We are probably a too small organization to get the full value. The tool is probably better for >20ppl orgs. Still however delivers value and good as a whistle blower function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are happy to hear you have recieved good support from our team. Regarding organisation size, it is true that Winningtemp does tend to really show its value the larger an organisation gets, as collecting and displaying employee feedback and engagement data gets much harder as the scale increases. Though the benefits for smaller organisations continue to be many — feedback is always important.
