Winmerge has a support for upto 3 concurrent window viewing at the same time. We can also use different format of input files to view, modify the code. It is really useful for those who primarily works on the large text files to track the changes. **What do you dislike about winmerge?** Nothing as such, ui improvement can make it a more powerful tool in the current market. **What problems is winmerge solving and how is that benefiting you?** WinMerge is a tool used primarily for file and directory comparison, allowing users to see differences between files or directories and merge changes. ### 2. This product filled the need I had (to compare large files) perfectly fine. Although it was not as polished as other tools, it got the job done and displayed the results in an easy to read fashion. There was also a whole host of plugins that I did not utilize but seemed very useful. **What do you dislike about winmerge?** The compare results are not nearly as polished as the other (paid ) products that I was used to. The interface seems a bit more dated than other products, and it was a bit difficult to navigate to some features. **What problems is winmerge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it for tesitng coding changes, both the actual code differences and also the data differences coming out as a result of the coding changes. I also use comparison software to help debug and find differences in output flows to see what might have changed ### 3. It supports folder comparison, a very time-saving feature provided by winmerge; it will simultaneously compare all changed files. Best thing is it is open source. We can traverse through all tab for folder and file comparsion.
