As a company policy we have to secure all laptops and mobile devices so that it can fulfill the international standard security features and we were looking for a user friendly tool which comes in our budget. overwhelmed by the performance, ease of use, and level of security your product provided. The centralized management really makes a difference **What do you dislike about WinMagic?** One of my network person installed a different OS on a pre-boot encrypted hard disk only to find that it has to be first decrypted using WinMagic tool. The data is lost forever even after consulting the customer care. One way it is good that my pre-boot encryption is working like a gym; at the same time it would be great to handle this kind of human errors as an Administrator. The system is designed for enterprise use and would really want to see it for individual usage also. **Recommendations to others considering WinMagic:** SecureDoc's sector based encryption is smart. It sits at the lowest level and intercepts all requests to read and write to the disk, so the entire disk is encrypted and no sectors are missed. With strong, trusted encryption algorithms, SecureDoc has a clean design. **What problems is WinMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Price, Functionality, User Friendliness and meeting privacy requirements. WinMagic provides intelligent key management for everything encryption, with robust, manageable and easy-to-use data security solutions ### 3. Every single technician that I've worked with has been responsive and extremely knowledgeable. With very limited initial setup this system has been running with very little upkeep. **What do you dislike about WinMagic?** We do periodically run into random issues but the knowledge base is great and the support technicians are also very good. **Recommendations to others considering WinMagic:** This system is very easy to use and requires very little upkeep **What problems is WinMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main problem is simply protection on our Laptops to ensure data is protected. We are also using Winmagic to enforce encryption of USB devices.
