Winly is an AI-powered CRM for teams that sell on social media and via chat. Owners, setters and closers work Instagram and Facebook DMs in one shared inbox that shows every conversation and who owns each lead, and each rep gets their own login so nobody shares the Instagram password. Co-Pilot drafts replies from the team's offer, tone and objection handling, and the rep sends each draft. Teams choose how much to automate, from Co-Pilot drafts a rep sends to full hands-off autonomy with Workflows and Autopilot, or their own AI tools through the MCP Server. The Selling Index scores sales conversations so managers can coach from them. Automations can start from comments, keywords, tags and story replies. Winly is an approved Meta partner, built on the official Meta API. The Winly MCP Server connects a team's DMs to the AI tool of their choice for custom automations and AI workflows. Guided onboarding helps each team get set up.
