Winify AI is an AI-powered RFP response platform that helps small and mid-sized proposal teams generate high-quality responses to narrative Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in minutes instead of days. Teams upload an RFP along with their past proposals, case studies, policies, and internal documentation. Winify AI automatically extracts requirements and questions from the document, organizes them into a structured compliance matrix, and generates draft responses grounded in the company’s existing content. Winify AI is designed specifically for narrative-style RFPs and RFIs commonly used by service businesses, including consulting firms, IT services companies, software vendors, and engineering firms. Key capabilities include: - AI-powered response drafting based on company documentation - Automatic RFP question and requirement extraction - Compliance matrix generation to track response completion - Knowledge hub for storing reusable proposal content - Collaborative editing and approvals - Export to Word, Excel, or PDF for final submission Instead of manually rewriting proposal answers for each bid, teams can generate a first draft instantly, review and refine it collaboratively, and deliver complete proposals much faster. Winify AI is built for lean proposal teams that regularly respond to RFPs but do not want the complexity or cost of traditional enterprise proposal management tools
