During that time I have also used other A/B testing platforms, but eventually our organisation always lands back on VWO. It is a good balance of simple integration and easy test configuration, while offering more complex functionality for advanced users. Its behaviour analytics tools should not be overlooked either. Customer support is very helpful and responsive; in fact, on our plan, I would describe it as positively proactive. The platform has continued to innovate with some interesting new features over the past year or so and I'm very keen to see how they leverage generative AI for spotting interesting trends in test results. VWO is next level when it comes to A/B testing, analytics, heatmap tracking, etc. It blows Hotjar out of the water. It's super user friendly, easy to implement with their smart code and google extension, you can have an A/B test up and running in minutes. It works across all content management systems and website builders, even if they're no-code it can still create dozens of custom changes to A/B test or multivariate test.
