Data pulled from API is wrong. So what's the point of getting this tool really? We went for Windsor.ai because it's cheap but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. We should have gone for the more expensive product (i.e. Supermetrics) and saved ourselves a lot of time and effort. We raised an issue that their Amazon connector is not pulling data from the API 100%. It has been 2 weeks and still no solution. They said we need to pay higher so they would look into our issue with more priority (LOL). So I guess if that's all I can afford, I should just settle with wrong data?
