**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georges A. | Project Specialist Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Windows 7?**

It was a big step forward in terms of stability compared to its predecessor. It had better compatibility with peripherals and new devices. It also made a significant advancement in terms of resolutions for better screen definition.

**What do you dislike about Windows 7?**

Despite greater compatibility with new peripherals and devices, it still lacked a broader library of drivers, meaning that on several occasions you had to install the device using the driver provided by the manufacturer. But if you didn't have that driver, Win7 would install a generic one, or you couldn't install it.

**What problems is Windows 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem with Windows 7 is that it is an operating system that dates back many years, and many hardware and software manufacturers have already withdrawn support for it, including Microsoft itself, which had announced some time ago that it would no longer provide service to the operating system, and would also stop releasing update or security patches for the system. This makes Windows 7 vulnerable to attacks, and of course, many organizations have migrated to Windows 10 or 11.

**What do you like best about Windows 7?**

in Windows 7 the features User interface, Campatibility and Perfomance were very easy. As per my handon experiance i should difinitlly recomandad this OS to all of my colleages but unfortunatlly the windows 7 is already reached to End of life from Microsoft. So now i would suggest to go with latest OS onl, in which MS provide security features.

Diffinatlly the Intallation, implementaion and Custore support was also very good.

Regarding problem solving - of course the vulnerability part was new to us... but after some time it became a habituall activity and then its again easer for us.
