I use Windows 11 on every computer I own personally and at work. Compared to Windows 10, I think the UI has improved with a more sleek and easy look. I like the simplicity because I don't have to think too hard or do any workarounds to do what I need to do. Windows 11 is the latest iteration of the Windows OS for PC from Microsoft. Best thing about it is that it has been around and regardless of the changes from version to version its UI is still pretty intuitive to use and performs well. It is the central point of integration for all applications inside the windows environment and while decently priced when bough separately, it typically comes bundled with a new PC and has decent ROI combined with the lifetime of a PC. Things to dislike from Windows 11 is that in its current itteration Micrsofot has blotted it with a loot of upselling and phone home technology that gives Microsoft a lot of information it should just take from users. Privacy on the OS has been eroded and its hidden costs in the form of software subscriptions for applications from the manufacturer are upsetting users and driving some away. As a web developer, the Snap Layouts feature is incredibly helpful for multitasking between VS Code, my terminal, and the browser. I also really appreciate the improved WSL 2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux) performance, which makes running Docker and Python scripts much smoother than in previous versions. I’m using an Acer Aspire 3 and my operating system is Windows 11. I received it as a gift for purchasing the device. Windows is full of options. From MS office which I use on a daily basis to customization. It was very easy to upgrade to and then install and set up on my laptop. It’s also easy to integrate with other apps and even with my iOS device (iPhone) through link to Windows. To sum up, Windows is a conclusive, wholesome experience.
