(16)4.8/5

Windmill is the first performance review system people actually like. Powered by AI, it synthesizes all your 1:1 conversations, project work, and feedback throughout the year into reviews that write themselves. Employees respond to quick prompts in Slack instead of staring at blank forms trying to remember six months back. Managers walk in with the full story. HR finally has a process that doesn't need constant nudging. Companies using Windmill cut down time by 83% per cycle time and report 93% employee satisfaction with the process.
