**What do you like best about WinCC Central Controller?**

Good Graphical user interfaces with the operator and user friendly software . Process display and general overview is easy to operate. Warning msg. And commands are easy to understand

**What do you dislike about WinCC Central Controller?**

User has executed more steps to reach for particular functions like audit trail. Limited access for user based on the privilege s assigned.

**What problems is WinCC Central Controller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUI needs to modify more and 5S can be implement for easyness to operator for immediate decisions. 
User manual or user guide is not easy available.
