## About WinCati
Wincati is a phone survey system that allows for customized surveys that have been programmed with skip logic. It also allows multiple interviewers to have access to multiple surveys and share a sample pool.

**What do you like best about WinCati?**

Data is easily exported to Excel or other types of files, and data is easily imported from CSV files. Supervisor allows for really good control over studies while interviewer allows interviewers to have control over only what information and data they need.

**What do you dislike about WinCati?**

For online surveys the sample panels don't show any information on emails that have been sent. I wish it had a spot that showed what messages had gone out as well as if any error occured. Online/email status need to be improved to include statuses for undeliverable mail or refused by email.

**Recommendations to others considering WinCati:**

For phone surveys I don't think there's a better program. If you'll do primarily web surveys you might need to work with sawtooth on improving some things.

**What problems is WinCati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Survey research requires a software system where interviewers can have limited control while supervisors have full control over data. Wincati is really great for this. Additionally, it's easy to customize each survey to fit the needs of specific projects.

The ease of the software use - very user friendly.

Kind of glitchy - will sometimes just shut down or minimize.

WinCati 6.0 enables us to conduct surveys quickly.
