Win-Win Returns is built to reduce the number of returns a Shopify store has to process, instead of just making returns easier to handle. When a customer starts a return, the app can offer them a choice: keep the item and get some money back right away, or take store credit, instead of shipping the product back. This helps merchants because a lot of returned inventory cannot be resold once it comes back, so avoiding the return altogether often saves more money than processing it would. The app also includes a normal self-serve returns flow for customers who still want to send an item back, along with automated refund processing. To prevent abuse, the keep-it offer only appears after a customer has already started the return process. Email and chat support are available depending on plan. The free Basic plan supports keep-it offers up to $500 in value along with standard email support. The Growth plan raises that offer limit to $2,000, adds store credit as an offer type, and includes priority chat support for $19.99 a month. The top Plus plan removes the offer limit entirely and adds a dedicated success manager for $69.99 a month. Both paid plans include a 30-day free trial.
