Sometimes, I don’t like this software when it does not provide proper documentation for our projects and we cannot even add the different kinds of images and charts within the project and that’s why we cannot make our documents more intuitive. It also makes difficult to create the links of multiple projects, especially when we have to correlate the projects. Moreover, it needs to made amendments in its features because there are so many better projects management software available in the market which can be used as an alternative to this tool. The way that Wimi looks and functions is something that I like about it the most. There are lots of different work project management applications that can perform the same types of tasks, but I think the way that Wimi looks makes it easier for me to work with. The design of the Wimi interface is clean and spaced nicely to fit lots of different grids and tables in a neat and concise way. There is no wasted space, in my opinion. I like that we can share files with our Wimi users by connecting web-based storage accounts like Dropbox. The Gantt charts, calendars and other visual elements help me to quickly get an understanding of where certain tasks stand and also allow me to make updates to the tasks and apply a new task status or priority level with just a few clicks. There could probably be more custom options for task fields. I think there aren't as many creative tools that allow us to collaborate on things like documents or design media. I understand that Wimi is designed more for scheduling and organization, but it seems like having more advanced visual collaboration elements would make the platform more streamlined without the need for integrations. I think that one of Wimi strongest aspects is the simplicity of being able to create new projects and update them when new information comes in. I think the design of any type of software is very important when you want to work on it with many different people and Wimi is one of the sharpest looking designs. Wimi has some functionality that can be confusing to use for people who have a low amount of knowledge in newer software, specially cloud-based collaboration type software. For certain projects, if there's one team member that doesn't stay up to date with information, they can throw off the whole chain of certain types of events that could leave everyone stalled. The visual aspect of Wimi is a top quality I like about it. It has a lighter and more graphical feel to it than other collaboration platforms. Those other platforms are often boring to use and have too much of a business feel to them.
