The interactions in real time serve to be more focused on the changes made by my team in the document created so that I can comment and interact with each user on all the adjustments that must be made before the final delivery of each document. With wimi's chat the topics of the task that is being carried out as a team are discussed and it also serves to exchange information, photos, emojis and comment about everything related to the task. As someone that often tries to avoid learning new software, Wimi was very refreshing in how easy it was to learn and use for our common business activities. There are dozens of very helpful tools that give me and my team the ability to share ideas, documents, schedules and updates. We can communicate several different ways, but the most effective for me is the channel chats. On the surface, it doesn't seem too different than a standard group chat, but it actually is a more effective platform for business and project discussions since we can smoothly integrate surveys, links, project resources and other elements into the channel discussions. I don't really dislike anything very strongly in Wimi, but I think there could be some improvements made to some icons that aren't very clear. Instead of using graphical icons to mark certain features, it would be great if there were at least an option to use text labels to ensure users, especially client users, will know immediately what each section is for. What problems is Wimi solving and how is that benefiting you? Wimi has made me more in tuned to my company activities and help me to reach goals in a more timely fashion. The alerts have been great for notifying me of certain deadlines and updates without having to enter the Wimi platform. As a team, I think we all have a better understanding of what needs to be done and when things are due. Efficiency in the execution of the tasks, wimi is super versatile, to be able to share the files with other people of the work team we save a huge amount of time, valuable, we take advantage to manage other functions of the area, we avoid the cumbersome use of units external and often the files were damaged, wimi we feel safe and confident that the information is stored safely and available for when we need it no matter where we are.
