Setting up connections with Walmart, eBay, and Newegg was quick and uncomplicated, and the automatic product syncing along with precise category mapping worked seamlessly. Managing inventory across all these channels in one place helps prevent overselling and significantly reduces the amount of manual work required. **What do you dislike about Willowcommerce?** Although there is a learning curve, especially for newcomers to multi-channel selling who may find advanced configurations challenging at first, the platform runs smoothly and demands minimal ongoing effort once the initial setup is finished. **What problems is Willowcommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We'd been selling exclusively on Amazon and our website for four years. Wanted to expand but the technical setup with Extensiv was overwhelming. This platform made adding Walmart, eBay, and Newegg incredibly straightforward. Each marketplace took maybe 45 minutes to connect and configure. Product listings synced automatically with appropriate category mappings. Revenue jumped 33% in quarter three just from the additional channels. This is a powerful, automated solution for inventory and order management. The integration works well with our existing systems. The team we met at onboarding stayed with us through the entire implementation process and were always available for questions. They did an outstanding job getting the systems in place. **What do you dislike about Willowcommerce?** Implementation can take some time, but it is necessary to get the process right. Amar and his team are committed they are always there to help and fix any issue and to customize the UI per the company's needs. Month after month I see a personalized UI growing and achieving more tools and services to make our company function better and better. **What do you dislike about Willowcommerce?** the software was working only with SKUs initially but then they add ASIN, FNSKU, and many other functions for us. **What problems is Willowcommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** OMG is solving so many aspects of my duty. I am the VP of the marketplaces at Zuay LLC and I manage all our 33 marketplaces with GB commerce, inventory, tracking numbers, orders, warehouse visualization racking inventory, picking area inventory, and main product catalog able to share with any new marketplace with CSV files or directly, I can change prices for all marketplace in one Gbcommerce page, I can see which product is going out of stock and what is selling the most. Honestly, this is a big software and if you work with them to customize per the company's needs is really a game changer and an opportunity to expand your reach in the e-commerce category. But again I would say the best part of Gbcommerce is that they are always there working with you, for me that is the number one positive point and the second point is the capability of the software is a huge software and can manage many marketplaces within three pages and only for that I love it. ### 4.
