**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

The platform is easy to use from both the employer's perspective as well as the candidate's perspective (we've received positive feedback from candidates when asking them about how they experienced Willo - for example there's a "hints and tips" page that Willo creates to help candidates put their best virtual foot forward).

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Nothing significant springs to mind - we've been happy with the product and the team is responsive to queries we have. We've now used the product to help fill multiple roles and have been happy each time!

Figure out who besides the primary user should be given access details to view candidate responses.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling lots of interviews can be a big opportunity cost for team members' time, especially for smaller organisations. Willo is helpful in bringing candidates to life by enabling us to see not just written responses, but also see and hear candidates, giving a richer sense of how they come across and enabling us to make better decisions in deciding who to shortlist for later-stage interviews, saving time for both team members and candidates.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Easy to use, simple design, user-friendly, tasteful, integrations that are easy to use, and maintenance factors. UI/UX is simplistic, minimalistic, and it is fun to use for the user and the administrator. I love the platform as a whole. Every recruit who has used the platform has no issues, regardless of their level of tech use or age range. And its beyond interviews. I can use this platform to promote video-based feedback on products and services, and testimonials I can use for our campaigns. All and all, there are barely any features that I wouldnt use on Willo.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Lack of premium features on free version, no apparent nonprofit discounts, no grants for small businesses to support interview transition to digital. No job applications or automation built in to the system. Vetting and shortlisting would be nice. I think it would be helpful to have a job application and applicant sorting system built in, maybe with automation for those who meet certain qualifications already being sent a link to interview?

**Recommendations to others considering Willo Video Interviewing:**

Totally look into your HR and recruiting needs and evaluate whether or not Willo is for you. But I would totally try it out.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transitioning to a more streamlined interview platform instead of live interviews via Zoom or Google Meets. Easier for remote teams than in-person interviews, but as the recruiters are busy and team members are in different time zones, this platform has saved lots of time.

It's really easy to get set up and customise the interview. You get assigned an account manager that will help with onboarding and any issues you might have, Georgina, is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

A lot of candidates will drop out by using video interviewing so you need to be sure that the employee you are seeking is the type of person to continue. We've seen less than 20% of invites convert.

Willo is taking the time out of candidate screening, as a start-up time is precious. It also solves the problem of candidates having to take time out of their current job since they can complete the interview when it suits them.

It allows me to pre-filter requests to meet. I receive a lot of those in my work and it is incredibly helpful to be selective and therefore to be able to give more of my time to those who most deserve it.

No downsides. On the rare occasion I haven't known how to do something the team have been very fast to come back to me and explain.

Very easy to set up and build into your workflow. It is a very simple to use UI. Great for integrations too, lots to chose from and super helpful support team available.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

At this stage, I haven't come across something I dislike. The only thing I would say is that you have to set up a new interview if you want to change any question lengths once someone has submitted a video. But it isnt that much of a dislike.

Spend time getting the questions right, and dont add too many.

It filters out applicants quickly. You are left with very focused individuals that want to move to the next stage. Plus the time saved on initial calls. It also removes Initial bias from CV's

The fact that you have a better insight into candidates' profiles, which makes screening far more efficient while avoiding interviews that would be wasted time for both interviewers and interviewees.

In terms of UI, I would like to be able to organize video interviews/jobs by folders/departments.

As mentioned above, it is a tool that helped both with the new situation created by the pandemic, making it possible to reduce in-person meetings, as well as by reducing the actual time-to-hire.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Although we have only been working with Willo for about 1 1/2 months, I can confirm that it has been a very positive experience.  The application is very user-friendly from both an administrative and applicant standpoint.  We used SparkHire before Willo.  Not only was our completion rate lower, but the cost was also three times that of Willo.  They are very easy to work with and open to feedback.  They have software updates every month as they constantly work on delivering what their clients are asking for. I do not provide referrals or testimonials frequently; however, I will do so for Willo as I can see that they are a company with integrity that offers a good product at a great price.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Nothing.  A very positive experience thus far.

As we were using a competitor before Willo, there were no immediate issues to resolve.  I knew going in they were at a much better pricepoint—overall, an excellent tool for one-way interviews. We have increased our participation rate as the platform is very user-friendly.

The Willo video interview system is simple to use - for applicants and staff reviewing the interviews.  The Willo system is priced competitively compared to other systems.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

The ranking system for candidates is not easily shared amongst other system users that are doing the same reviews. Other than that - the system worked perfectly!

The support team is top-notch and the system is so straightforward to use!

We looked for a system that would not require our staff to travel long distances to review applications - the Willo system allowed our staff to review applications on their own time and be prepared to discuss who would be the best fit!

Everything has been just what I needed for virtual interviews. The customer service was beyond my expectations-Simply Awesome!

It was a little difficult for me to change the time zone.

Because my business is seasonal, Willo allows me to pause payments until the season picks back up again. By being a small business owner, this helps a lot with the budget.

The most significant benefit would be getting to know each candidate before inviting them in for an interview.

The only downside I can think of is the available interview dates aren't in order, making it more difficult to find out each day's availability.

Willo ensures that only truly interested candidates apply for the job. It also saves time and hiring expenses.

It's super quick to get set up and it's incredibly user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

I don't love that the main landing page once you login (the dashboard) doesn't go directly to the current interviews you're screening for.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video screening is huge for our company, as verbal communication and presentation are prime requirements for all of our team members. Using Willo has drastically reduced the number of applicants we progress to the next stage, which leads to a better candidate experience because we're able to better respect their time.

Incredibly easy to use and professional to send to applicants. Saved me hours and hours.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Some features are missing, but I believe they could be worked on. For example, it would be good to see a preview of a person's video next to their name. As after I had gone through 50 or so applicants, I could picture them but not recognise their names e.g. I wanted to make a note of who I wanted to provide feedback too.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I saved hours with Willo. I had 1500 people apply for a job role and needed a way to screen who was genuinely interested and who just applied to anywhere. Only 20% of candidates who applied took the time to do my Willo interview questions, meaning I saved probably days, as otherwise I would have tried to screen all of the applicants!

Simple to set up. Straight forward to view and use. A great way to review applicants. A very useful tool especially for product sales focused roles where face to face selling, personality, presentation style and likeability are key. A great first interview stage.

It's hard to say as I think the software works perfectly well.  The only issue I have ever had is a candidate being contacted by another recruiter and she didn't have to do an interview, then she got offered the job... It was unfortunate and more about our own processes rather than the Willo software!

Willo provides a fantastic entry point for recruiters interested in seeing the benefits of video interviewing (both for free, if your volumes are small, or at a very reasonable price if you have more complex needs). The functionality and UI are simple and accessible; there is no complex configuration required, and the platform 'just works'. The efficiency gains in screening or interviewing large volumes of candidates are fantastic, and the possibilities created by this platform in relation to usability within the recruitment process are only limited by your internal process.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

The simplicity is sometimes a bit of a challenge when seeking to really customise the user experience, in that you are unable to change any of the invitation email or SMS content without entirely suppressing notifications and using the API. This is not a dealbreaker for us though, as the inbuilt invites and communications are upbeat and positive and generally well-received by candidates. We have struggled with sending reminders where we have had a slow uptake in responses having to do this manually. Additionally, some of the features that are common in other platforms are currently not in Willo, but I understand that development works are continuing to tackle these (e.g., Text-based responses).

**Recommendations to others considering Willo Video Interviewing:**

Try it out! If you think that you or your organisation might be able to use the benefits of video interviewing in your process, there is no risk in trying it out for free. If your experience is like ours, you will be pleased with the results.

We have been able to reduce the need for our leaders to take large volumes of time away from the operation in order to participate in the recruitment and selection of their team members. Having previously used group assessment centres for our bulk-recruitment, some candidates were easily overlooked or didn't have the opportunity to really shine in that environment. We are still relatively new to the platform, so we look forward to really seeing the benefits of this as we continue our Willo journey.

This was my first time using a video interviewing platform and I am so happy I found Willo. 
Firstly I would like to specifically thank Georgina for her impeccable assistance with the whole setup.
Secondly, the site is user friendly, simple and precise.
And lastly, with such a high volume of candidates for roles, Willo was cost effective and saved ALOT of time with our shortlisting process. I will definately recommend this and use again in the near future.

I do not have any faults with the service I received with Willo. My one suggestion (which may have already been applied) is to be able to press next to view another candidate rather than go to the back to the page of all candidates and have a shortcut to accept or reject a candidate/multiple candidates without going to the candidate page.

When we screened the candidates over the phone, there were two main problems: i) it was time-consuming for the recruiters; ii) it was difficult to assess the candidates accurately since many important signals are missed when we don't see a person.

Willo solved both those problems perfectly. Also, I now can personally screen the candidates when being on a train, on in a taxi. It allowed increasing significantly the efficiency of the screening process.

With so many people out of work from the pandemic, a full-time job position I put out on Indeed  received 1500+ applicants which was impossible to go through.

I sent to all the applicants a Willo link and this was the perfect solution. This immediately removed the 80% of people who weren't serious about the role, leaving a remaining 20% (300 people)  to screen.

I think Willo could provide a view where at a glance you can see the first frame of somebody's first video. With a huge list of names, I often forgot who I wanted to go back to check, this would be really useful to save even more time.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo has all the basic features you need to roll out pre-recorded interviews, and both the employer and candidate experience on it is very much fuss-free. Interface is clean and nice, and it also comes with useful tips in terms of setting up your interviews. I also want to mention that the customer support with Willo is superb, I've always gotten the support I need within a short period of time and they go the extra mile to help you out.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

I think Willo is still continously improving, so it will take some time to add the additional features that might be useful - some feedback I had was on the payment interface, adding different timezone feature and reminder email sending feature. These are things I could do without (especially at this price point), but would make Willo an even better tool. I already gave feedback to the team and I'm confident they're working on all of them - overall, I'd still recommend Willo even just as it is right now.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me cut down the hassle of having to arrange multiple interviews. It's also helpful to be able to play back the responses to listen to what I may not have caught the first time.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo saves me a huge amount of time and money. It's simple to set up and get going, and the inconvenience of screening candidates, setting aside time in the working day for interviews and lost time from candidates who weren't quite what they looked like on paper all becomes a thing of the past. 

From a candidate perspective, it's simple to use and gives their best foot forward. We work in tech and 'on the spot answers' aren't always a true representation of a candidate's ability, so it gives them a bit of time to refine their answers.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Some enhanced admin persmissions would be helpful but I'm told they are on their way!

Just give it a shot - you can start off for free and it takes minutes to set up and create your first interview. Once you start using it and realising the benefits, you'll wonder how you lived without it.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Easy, simple and straightforward process for both parts, HR and candidates. The UX is friendly and modern-looking. Deployment is super fast, either via a link or email & SMS invite, together with ATS integration. Customization of the actual interview can be done in a couple of clicks, so the platform is suitable for low-volume screening (instead of phone calls). There is the possibility to write your own questions, for full flexibility, as well as choosing the number of minutes and retakes - useful for candidate experience. On the HR side, the screening panel is well structured and enables sharing of candidate cards to users not logged in. The ATS-like stage tracker is also a nice touch for collaborative recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

From the candidate point of view, the test questions provided before the interview are the same as the actual ones - should be possible to change or configure the test questions. When entering the actual interview, the option to set a response preparation time before recording starts doesn't exist - this means that the candidate has unlimited time to think about the question, which is not desirable at all times.

I would recommend Willo to all recruitment professionals who are looking for a reliable provider. Pricing, ease of use and capabilities are definitely comparable to an enterprise-level software.

Our organization has eliminated pre-screening phone calls for 75% of candidates, as the standard questions are now administered via Willo. There is a radical improvement in turnaround times, as well as increased collaboration with the hiring managers - sharing candidate cards helps us sort and assess applicants faster.
