**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo is super easy to use. It feels incredibly intuitive to set up interviews as a hiring manager, but also as an end user. I used to use another platform that felt incredibly hard to copy previous roles and then edit, but that is not the issue with Willo. It's simply designed in the best way. I also like being add in specifics to my organization.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

If I had to pick something that I don't like, it's really only about the data produced on the backend. However, I knew that when I signed up for Willo. But the positives definitely outweight that in my opinion.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time! We have saved sooo much time from phone interviews by utlizing willo. Scheduling is for sure a huge lift, and being able to send folks a link with a deadline has saved us a big amoutn of effort and time.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

We're a startup at critical growth phase. This means low budgets, higher goals with the same amount of personnel and the same 24 hours in a day. With a small team, Willo has allowed us to recapture some of our time whilst still maintaining the integrity of an interview process that reflects our brand and values. Not to mention how easy it is to use for both us and our candidates.

It's nit-picky, though for a company like ours who focuses a great deal on branding being consistent through every candidate and memeber touchpoint, I wish the text and email template were more editable to have some of our brand logos on it.

As the registered manager I can often get pulled into site visits for new patients or observations for staff reviews. Having Willo means I can still have impact on our early stage recruitment even when I don't have the time to be super hands on with our hiring team. 
It was easy to set up so even without being super tech savy I was able to get going and know there's always help on hand for support.

I can't change the questions in the rest of the interview based on a candidates answers to earlier questions.

The most helpful part of Willo is being able to learn morea about candidates in less time. I have a quicker turnaround time and am able to get candidates through our process more efficiently. It was easy to add into our interviewing process and onboarding took only a couple of days.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

The downsides to using Willo are some of the limits around scorecards, and some details you can't change. I understand not changing questions, but I wish I could make a better fitting scorecard now that I understand more of what I am looking for in candidates without staring a whole new interview.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this rather than a traidional phone screening. The problem was weeding out candidates who fill out an application, schedule an interview time, and then no show. Now the ball is in their court to complete the interview and we can screen and move them through the interview process. It also is allowing us to screen more candidates faster. When there is a large influx of candidates they dno't have to wait on my calendar, they can complete their screening on their timeline.

It shortens the time that a candidate takes to give us his preferences, and also helps us introduce him to the client faster.

It may not directly portray the skills and character of a person applying for jobs, as a lot of people are either uncomfortable or not used to filming themselves and answering questions about their job experience.

It enhances the candidate experience, as it allows for candidates to complete the videos on their own schedule. Often outside traditional working hours. 
I can review video responses when it suits me, saving hours spent in live interviews.

Willo is incredibly user-friendly and efficient. It has enabled us to scale our recruitment process quickly and manage high-volume hiring within tight timeframes. Using Willo saved our recruitment team countless hours that would have been spent conducting one-on-one interviews. Thanks to the platform, we successfully recruited over 190 candidates within just four weeks of launching the campaign.

There’s nothing I actively dislike about Willo. However, it would be helpful to have the ability to download all candidate responses—including both video and text answers—into a single, structured interview form. While I understand this may not be necessary for most organizations, it would have streamlined our internal processes even further. That said, we were able to work around this effectively.

It is completly adaptable to what you need to ask: you can taylor each interview for any vacancy you have. They offer videos and also multiple choice so you can make the whole review procees even faster. The candidates can do it anytime, they have a very detailed description of how it works too so it is easy for everyone to understand.

The included AI tool can be a hot or miss between interviews, especially for Caribbean accents.

We have multiple locations and have a consistent need for recruitment efforts. Utilizing Willo has allowed for an equitable expereince for all candidates across our footprint, improved oversight into initial interviews and provided our Store Managers with additional time to focus elsewhere. The platform itself is easy to use and set up and the team at Willo have been an excellent support. We are using the program daily and have been pleased with how this has improved our workflow.

Simply due to the one-sided nature of this initial interview, we have recognized a diminished "human connection" with our candidates. However, we are combatting that by ensuring personal follow ups. One minor feedback is when editing an interview, you must click through each page as opposed to simply selecting the page that requires the edit.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Store Managers are responsible for the initial screening and each manager has a different interview style. As such, using Willo has allowed for an equitable and consistent experience for all candidates across our footprint. Additionally, since the Store Managers were responsible for screening, this prevented Leadership from having a necessary perspective into the candidate. Now, with a recorded Willo interview, all members of Leadership are able to review a candidate's response and guide Store Managers into building an effective team. Due to the nature of our business, we also see repeat applicants and Willo has built an effective bench and pipeline. Using this platform has also provided the Store Managers will additional time in their workday to focus on other efforts.

So far, we have had a positive experience with using Willo for our hiring needs! It is timely, and love the fact that Willo will auto send text and emails for us. It is a great way to complete mass hiring with a limited number of recruiters. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate, as well as easy to set up. I feel supported with my account Manager as well.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Because it is international, it will not send SMS without a country code- this has caused some hiccups. Would also love to see the option of allowing the candidate to select video OR audio option, based upon their preference. Though it is rare, we've had a few responses where the audio is faint, digital or did not properly download.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our brand has only 2 recruiters- one per region. Due to the limited number of recruiters compared to the volume of hiring, the use of Willo has resolved several obstacles regarding response of candidates and timeliness of interviews/ moving to next steps and closing roles.

Willo has been crucial to my hiring process. As a recruiter I speak with lots of candidates on a daily basis and having the Willo platform really has helped me to streamline this process and help me claw back 100d of hours of my time. Also candidates have said they preferred the video platform I was using (willo) to others that they have interviewed on. 
I like that I can tailor the questions and also that they can answer with video, text and PDF uploads. So versatile!

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

I would love it if I could also update the instruction page. The instructions Willo has built into the platform for candidates are useful but I would love to be able to add my own spin onto them or even a short video from myself, welcoming them to our process.
I would also love it if I could drag and drop clients into the next stages on the dashboard.
I appreciate the stages are default but if h to there was a way to add custom stages that would be great.
I'd also love it if it could integrate with my emails so I can trigger automated emails to be sent out as candidates move through the stages.

It very quickly gets rid of of candidates who only want to put 50% effort in. Also, it's really important to me as an agency that we find bright sparkly personalities for the PAs and EAs that we supply so I can see very quickly from the video interview if they're going to be a great fit or not.
It honestly saves me so much time as I can get a really clear idea of the candidate without needing to sit on a call with them.l and disqualify at that stage if needed. Then when I do sit on a call with them I know they're already half right for us and then it's just the nitty gritty questions.

Willo is an excellent one-way video interviewing tool. As long as you have the information you need (branding, IV questions etc.,), it's quick and easy to get the interviews built and settings configured. A big plus as well is the variety of answer formats into the tool, such as video, audio, text, multiple choice, and more, which makes the hiring process much more inclusive. The Customer Success team is also very supportive, and quick to provide guidance or help with the platform features.

It would be good to be able to customise the video interview locations on each interview, rather than them being tagged to the overall company location.

Willo's video interview feature is just the thing I needed to help me recruit a big team in a short time. I can flip through videos based on which answers I want to hear without having to listen to the entire interview. I absolutely love that I can download these interviews and see the timezone as well as which country our applicants are responding from.

I dislike that the videos expire and are removed after a few months.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest problem with hiring was having to interview a large number of people for 30 minutes each within a short period of time. Willo totally solved that problem for me. I am able to interview 30+ people and narrow down my selection to the top picks in 1 -2 days compared to 2 weeks. That is outstanding! It makes me feel so much more effecient in what I do while allowing me the time to oversee and complete other tasks and projects.

The UI is neat and modernised, the multiple languages support is great since we hire people who are multilingual as our core pool, filtering through responses is wonderful, LOVE the pricing as well!

It's quite intiutive to use, beyond easy to implement for ourselves and the candidates, Their customer support is incredibly patient with the candidates [and ourselves subsequently]

We do use willo for 90% of our process, due to how easy it is to integrate it and just get it off the ground for new openings and what not!

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Inability to download responses of multiple candidates at once [You have to manually do them one at a time, which's quite time consuming when We're onboarding hundreds of candidates per month!

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interview time, Our average used to be 3 hours between intial screening, and follow up interviews, it's now down to 15 minutes including all the onboarding related tasks!

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

The ease of use on both the hiring and candidate side. I have my hiring managers test a demo interview so they can see and 'feel' how the interviews work. Interviews are very easy to implement and customize! I enjoy the ability to control the length of time and number of recording attempts candidates can make.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

The only downside is the candidates who do not feel comfortable recording a video interview. Willo is on the leading edge of new interview techniques, and unfortunately many candidates will skip or ignore because they do not want to do it. The positive side is that shows the true character of candidates and helps in the process of finding quality talent.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Willo is a time saver for my recruitment process. Rather than cold-calling candidates for a phone conversation, or trying to find time that fits both our calendars, candidates can instead complete the video interview whenever, and wherever is convenient for them. In addition, I can send more interview requests than I would normally for phone interviews - allowing for a broader talent pool.
