Most training only proves that people finished a course. The Guardian Suite starts with a diagnostic that measures the three things that predict real-world behavior: knowledge, attitude, and behavioral intent. It shows what employees know, what they believe, and what they will do under pressure, and where risk is concentrated by team, role, and level. From there, employers get the right development for the gaps found: interactive, scenario-based training from a library of 2,000+ titles (including harassment prevention and OSHA/safety), plus leadership assessment and live coaching. Results are measured and reported at the enterprise, team, and individual level, so clients can show that behavior changed.
