What do you like best about Wildsparq?

I love the short lessons and the comraderie that the platform provides. It's an excellent tool that demands very little of your leaders' time. The teamwork aspect is also very helpful in assisting with engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wildsparq?

Not much... I think there may be some areas for improvement in coming alongside companies to assist with their leadership training direction. Otherwise, the lessons can become a bit repetitive and lack good direction after a few years of using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has also helped create a great platform for us to have very open and honest conversation with one another and to help each other grow. The only real downsides I have expereinced would be when there was no app available. That has now been solved as of September. The only other downside is it would be even a better user experience if we could conduct our online monthly meetings via the Wildsparq app as opposed to going outside the system with Goto, Zoom, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
