Their sales team is refreshingly low-pressure and collaborative. **What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wildsparq solves two problems in a very unique way. First, they are content agnostic, meaning you don't have to live within one provider ecosystem for delivering content as you do in many of their competitor solutions. Wildsparq offers a wide range of Leadership Modules that help my different development needs. From an experienced manager or just starting out on your journey as a manager. The interactive Learning Experience this has content that keeps you learning and engaged, there are many Videos, and many questions after watching videos that really make you think about out you just viewed. I love the Progess Tracking it keeps you in real-time, it also keeps me motivated and focused on my goals in leadership growth.
