We have been using Wikipro for about 2 years now and Sam Xia is our main point of contact. If we come across any issues with the website, Sam is very quick on getting on top of it and getting it resolved. He will also let us know once the problem is resolved.

Wikipro was also very easy to understand and it has lots of useful features for a small/medium company. For our business, we use it on the daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's user-friendly, it's fast, it's efficient, and organized. I loved being able to use the office number to text our customers directly and that we can continue texting back and forth.
